The apartment complex has 24 apartments and many amenities such as, an elevator, an on-site beauty shop, a fitness room, a computer area and a community room with full kitchen that can be reserved for private family events at no extra cost to the resident. There is also a back patio with a gas grill and a community garden. Garages are attached to the building and subject to availability.  Each one and two bedroom apartment has nice amenities such as walk or roll in showers with built in seats, open floor plans, ceiling fans, washer and dryer hook-ups, all kitchen appliances, air conditioning and private patio or balcony.  Heat, water/sewer, trash and maintenance are all included in the rent.
