At Garden Place we offer both a feeling of privacy and companionship within a community of friends. We offer studios, one and two bedroom apartment homes with full kitchens, including refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave. All of our apartment homes feature spacious bathrooms with roll-in showers and additional storage space. Some units offer private patios or balconies. Underground parking is available for an additional fee. Other building amenities include an exercise room and business center.

ANEWSTARR residents are welcome to enjoy pets in their apartments! A pet cannot exceed 30 pounds in weight, and there is a 2 pet maximum.
Smoking Policy
ANEWSTARR properties are entirely smoke-free! The only place where smoking is allowed is the designated smoking area outside of the building.
